The quote tool

The quote form collects: gender, date of birth, health description, tobacco use, coverage amount, and term span. This data travels to the carriers' quoting system and is not retained by us. No name, address, phone, or email is needed to see quotes. Identical requests within a short window may use a cached response to spare the quoting service extra calls.

Applying

Should you elect to apply, your answers fill a secure application run by the carriers under their privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed firm (License 0B75129), processes your application.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, your preferred reply method, a subject line, and your message. It goes to us by email, using your address as the reply-to field. We store no copy, no database of submissions, no record of what you wrote. A quick browser-side check happens before sending to prevent spam.

Measurement

This website tallies visits using first-party, anonymized measurement sent from this domain. We don't set cookies or use local tracking; your IP address has two octets masked before storage; referring page query strings are removed; raw visitor data disappears after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control get no measurement at all.

What we do not do

We do not buy or sell data, deploy ad trackers, or integrate third-party analytics. The sole external code on this site is the carriers' application form, which loads only if you proceed to apply.
